BHI myStateofMind uses validated mental health and substance use screenings to help you decide if you or a loved one are having symptoms related to a mental health condition. BHI myStateofMind is intended for use by BHI "members" - those living in Adams, Arapahoe, and Douglas Counties in Colorado. The BHI myStateofMind assessment tools are available in English and Spanish. Please remember these screening tools do not provide a definitive diagnosis – only a professional clinician can do that.
